The Town of Raymond is raffling a tractor “as is” with no contingent liability to perform future services, insure and represents no warrantee as to potential future mechanical failures or failure of parts that extend upon the standard manufacturer warranty if still present and/or that may transfer to a subsequent owner.
The drawing will take place once 220 tickets are sold.
Winning bidder must take possession of the tractor within 14 days of final drawing date.
