Please enter any one of your dog tag numbers issued to you last year. Your dog's license tag number is the last 2 digits of the last year issued followed by the last 4 digits on the dog tag itself. All your dogs will be displayed for your review.

Ex: In 2022, your dog was issued tag # 000470. The license # you would enter would be 22-0470.
