Dog licensing is open for the 2026/2027 licensing year.  If you are licensing for the first time, you will need to contact our office at 603-332-2130 or cityclerk@rochesternh.gov.  When looking up your dog by the license number that was issued last year, be sure to enter the year pre-fix before it:  25-1234

PLEASE NOTE:  We have moved to the James W Foley Memorial Community Center at 150 Wakefield Street, Suite 10.  We are on the 1st floor and our entrance is on the side of the building facing the Spaulding High School football field.  There is a blue sign sticking out from the building that says "City Clerk's Office"
