Dog licensing is now overdue by four (4) months.  You will be receiving a Certified notice from the Rochester Police Department in the mail.  These notices were mailed out on Tuesday, 9/16/2025.

The Animal Control Officer has mailed out, by Certified Mail, the Civil Forfeiture Fines notice.  We will now be collecting the Civil Forfeiture Fee of $25.00 plus the Administrative Fee of $6.00 in addition to the cost of licensing your dog.
