PLEASE NOTE:  As of June 2nd, there is a $1.00 penalty (Late) fee being charged for each dog.

IF there are TWO SENIOR ADULTS living in the home, AND you have more than one dog, PLEASE NOTE you will only get ONE SENIOR RATE when licensing online.
