Please enter your license number issued by the Town Clerks' office last year and printed on the license. The number is preceeded by the last 2 digits of the year issued. If the tag was issued in 2022 then the license number you will enter below will have 22- in front of it. ie:  22-001  This number can also be found on the physical tag located on your dog's collar.
