Enter the license number on the printed Dog License issued by the Town Clerks' office.  It will be a 6 digit number. 

The first 2 digits are the year in which the license was issued. For a license issued in 2022 the first 2 digits will be 22.

The last 4 digits will be the actual license that was issued and is printed on your dogs tag.  Any dog tag that has less than 4 digits the number is preceded by zeros.

For example a license that was issued in the year 2022 with the dog's tag reading 99 might look like this:  220099
