Please enter your license number as it appears on your license issued by the Town offices.

The first 2 digits are the year in which the license was issued.  For a license issued in 2023 the first 2 digits will be 23 then a dash.

The last 3 digits after the dash will be the actual number printed on your dogs tag.  Any dog tag that has less than 3 digits the number is preceded by zeros.  For example: 23-099

You will have the opportunity to view your rabies information to be sure it is updated. You can also remove a dog and let your Town Clerk know why you removed the dog.
