Locate your license number on your paper license OR you can look at your physical dog tag.

Enter the license number issued to you at the Town Clerks office last year.  It will begin with the last two digits of the year it was issued followed by a dash (-).  Then the four digit license number.

For example for a license that was issued in 2020 you would entered 20-0022
