Please enter your license number as it appears on your dog tag preceded by the last two digits of the issue year. For Example: 22-9999. This number can be found on the license issued by the Town offices. You will have the opportunity to view your rabies information to be sure it is updated. You can also remove a dog and let your Town Clerk know why you removed the dog.
