If you require a Police Report or Accident Report, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete a Request for a Police Report HERE.
2. Download the completed and electronically signed form and email it to Jessica Harrington at jharrington@plymouthpd-nh.org
3. Once you receive an email that your request is APPROVED and the police report is CONFIRMED ON FILE, you may proceed to payment below.

ATTENTION: BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT:

** You MUST receive confirmation from the office that your Police Report is ON FILE. **

** You MUST have an updated parking permit number from the office. Parking Permits are limited. **

** You MUST receive confirmation from the office that your Pistol Permit has been ACCEPTED. **
