Parking Tickets

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

If you believe this ticket has been unlawfully issued, you may contest it before the Chief of Police or his designee within 7 days. If you don’t wish to contest this ticket, you may enter the amount listed on your ticket and pay below. If you pay the ticket within 7 days, no further action will be taken. If the ticket is not paid, penalties may increase and a summons may be issued. In addition, the Newmarket Police Department shall notify the Director of Motor Vehicles in the state in which you reside and recommend suspension of your license and/or registrations if you default regarding this ticket. The Newmarket Police Department will also tow and impound any vehicles involved in default of parking tickets.
