Your paid date is based on the day you submit payment, so long as the money later transfers successfully to the tax collector via your credit/debit card or electronic bank payment.

E-check payments take a few days to transfer from your bank account to the tax collectors bank account. Please make sure you enter correct information and have sufficient funds. 

If your payment is not successful, you will have to re-submit payment, potentially paying a higher amount if a deadline has passed. Be especially careful when submitting within two weeks of a deadline.
