If searching by name-- Last, First Name

If searching by address-- 5 North St (Ln, Ave, Rd)

If searching by map/lot-- 0000-0000-0000-0000

If searching by account only use the first set of numbers listed on the bill--000000 do not put zeros in front of numbers if account number is less than 6 digits.

If your account shows a 'DUPE' account do not select all & only select the 'DUPE' account.
