COUNTY/TOWNSHIP Real Estate Tax Payments

Electronic check (ACH), MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AMEX are accepted online. A service fee of $0.50 per ACH or 2% per credit/debit card transaction will be added to your payment. Fees are set by and paid to the payment processing company, not the tax collector.
SCHOOL Property Tax Payments - PAY IN FULL
Receive a 2% discount on annual tax bills if paid in full by 8/31. A 10% penalty is added after 10/31. Interim tax bills sent after a reassessment have their own unique deadlines and must be paid in full.
SCHOOL Property Tax Payments - PAY 3 INSTALLMENTS
Select the OPTIONAL installment plan by making your first of three payments by 7/31. This option is for annual bills (not interim tax bills that are sent after a reassessment). Payment #2 is due 9/15. Payment #3 is due 10/31. There is no discount on installments.
