Please enter your license number as it appears on the license issued by the Town offices.

The first 2 digits are the year in which the license was issued.  For a license issued in 2022 the first 2 digits will be 22.  The last 4 digits will be the tag number printed on your dogs actual tag.  Any dog tag that has less than 4 digits the number is preceded by zeoros.

For example, a license that was issued in the year 2022 with dog's tag reading 99 will be entered as: 220099

You will have the opportunity to view your rabies information to be sure it is updated. If you will be providing updated rabies vaccination information via online, please be sure to fax or email the rabies certificate. You can also remove a dog and let your Town Clerk know why you removed the dog.
