Children may only participate in the program that matches their grade level and will not be allowed to "move up" (i.e. a child in 2nd grade may not play at the 3/4 grade level). PLEASE DO NOT ASK! The Parks & Recreation Department may allow a child to "stay down" for safety purposes.
