How can we help you?

EB2Gov is an online bill presentment and payment processing platform adopted by municipalities across the United States. EB2Gov is product of Interware Development Company.
Interware Development Company is located in Amherst, NH and provides payment services and online services to towns and cities throughout the United States! EB2Gov is one of our products that helps towns and cities put their data online to allow online services like vehicle estimates and viewing or your property tax and utility bills as well as to pay online.
You should see the payment post to your credit card or bank account within 24-48 hours after submission. Some agencies may take longer to approve your transaction, which can delay the time it takes to show on your statement.
If you did move: It may be that you have to renew in the town or city offices where you moved to. You may have to establish residency in your new town (city) as well. You can call the town or city Clerk’s office in the town or city you moved to in order to determine what you will need to bring with you to renew. Next year you will be able to renew online with E-Reg but for the first time when you are new to a town or city it is generally not allowed.

If you did not move: Please go to https://pay.eb2gov.com and choose the town or city that you reside in to complete your renewal online. You can also go to your town or city website.
The system currently provides renewals of current registrations with no changes.

Check your current registration to make sure that you have the correct Plate Number and last 4 digits of the VIN number just as you see it on your registration.

Make sure the contact information showing on EB2Gov is that of the town or city that you currently reside in. If it is not the town or city that you currently live in then please go to https://pay.eb2gov.com and choose the town or city you reside in to complete your renewal online.

Look at your current registration and find the EXP Date (Expiration Date) in the top right quadrant of the registration form (just above the Official Directors seal). You can generally renew up to 3 months late and 20 days early. If the EXP date is within this range and you are still having difficulty, please to send us a Support Request with your town/city name, plate number and expiration date. This information will help us find your record quickly.

NOTE: Number plates generally should have no dashes or spaces. Custom vanity plates will never contain spaces or the number zero, it is always the letter O as in Oscar.
Your new sticker/decal will be stapled to your new registration which will be mailed to the address that is listed on your current registration.
No, you must wait until you receive your registration and decals at your current address. Once you receive your registration, please sign it and affix your decals to your existing plates. You can print your EReg confirmation and keep it in your vehicle but this is not absolute proof for law enforcement that your vehicle is registered.
You should see the payment post to your credit card or bank account within 24-48 hours after submission. Some agencies may take longer to approve your transaction, which can delay the time it takes to show on your statement.
No, new vehicles must be registered in person in the town/city where you currently reside.
All registrations completed online will be mailed to the address that is typed on your current registration.
Our web site is designed to bring up all the vehicles that you owned the previous year this sometimes happens when:
  • You purchased another vehicle, put new plates on it, and did not reuse your old plates
  • You sell or trade in your old vehicle, and do not reuse or transfer your old plates.

This is not a problem, as you are not required to reuse or transfer your old plates. But in this case, your previous vehicle(s) may appear on the web pages because we still have them on file and have not yet received information that they are no longer registered to you.

Solution: During the online renewal process, when you enter your PIN, or one plate number, and all vehicles on your notice are listed simply uncheck the vehicles that you do not wish to renew. Your total due will dynamically be updated to the correct amount to pay.
You can expect to receive your new registration in the US Mail within 3 – 7 business days. Your stickers/decals will be stapled to your new registration.
